With so much of life online, it is increasingly important that professors construct Canvas pages that are easy to navigate, well organized, and allow for smooth asynchronous and synchronous learning.
The GSE-IT team has created several Canvas Module Shells which provide an easy-to-follow outline for class materials. It allows students to more clearly see what assignments are coming up that week, where they need to post to discussion boards, and whether they have outstanding work due that needs prioritization.
There are several options depending on your specific needs. You can access pre-made Canvas materials via Canvas Commons. You will need to be logged into Canvas with your SUNet ID to access the template. You can log in below to view the templates:
